The Heart of the Missional Church was a three day gathering for people engaged in missional church life and those interested in learning more about the emerging missional conversation. The experience was designed to encourage, connect, catalyze, facilitate, empower, and resource the church in the greater Pittsburgh region and beyond.

The gathering featured conversations (see conversation descriptions) facilitated by local missional leaders on Thursday and Friday nights. On Thursday night we gathered at The Union Project and on Friday evening and Saturday we we gathered at Fountain Park Church in Cranberry.

Saturday featured Doug Pagitt, Pastor of Solomon's Porch and noted author and speaker in the emerging/missional conversation.
